WOMEN’S MINISTRIES

.

Within our church home, Women’s Ministries is a vital organization in which our ladies seek to glorify the Lord and cultivate a unique and cherished family atmosphere. We find it a blessing, joy and privilege to employ our spiritual gifts, time and talents in this ministry to serve one another, our church family and those beyond our church walls.  We meet on the second Saturday of each month at 10:30 a.m. for a time of fellowship, Bible Study and business meeting.

The Women of the Church organize and maintain the prayer chain, a chief ministry that expediently brings forth action for prayer needs, concerns, and requests from our members, relatives, friends, and visitors in need of prayer. We greatly value our church’s prayer life as well as the many other expressions of service in which we are involved. . . . .

We thank our volunteers for hosting our monthly Fellowship Luncheons, creatively maintaining our church bulletin boards, decorating for Christmas, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, writing letters and cards to those in trials, organizing the food and substitute teachers for the Wednesday Bible study, remembering birthdays, maintaining the church history, serving refreshments for special events, serving meals to families with a protracted illness or after a funeral, providing gifts and crafts to the Bonclarken Gift Shop, maintaining the flowers outside of the church and arranging special occasion flowers for Sunday worship, and hosting special occasion meals.

We delight in our Lord and in the fellowship we enjoy together.

“Once we recognize our need for Jesus,

Then the building of our faith begins.

It is a daily, moment-by-moment life of

absolute dependence upon Him

for everything.”
